When does tracking show up?
As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking number. The carrier can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
My tracking has not moved in days
Carriers sometimes skip scans while a package is moving. If nothing changes for 5 business days, contact us and we will check it with the carrier.
I need to change my address
Message us as soon as possible. We can update it before the order ships.
